Guests at this house will have no problem making themselves comfortable this holiday season.
On the main level, the two-story family room has a fireplace and a walk-out to the back deck area. The kitchen ?at an angle with the breakfast area ?is large enough to accommodate diners in both rooms, as the island bar can seat three comfortably. So there's no need for the chef to prepare the food without family and friends around.
Downstairs, the media room is extravagant and cozy. You might find football watchers in the dark, red room after the big Thanksgiving meal. Also downstairs is an extensive bar area perfect for mingling with out-of-town relatives. The area has plenty of seating and shelving for drinks and snacks.
